It starts with your yard, not a catalog. The site is examined to find the best usable space for the pool, then design elements and how you’ll actually use the water are worked out and the layout is created. Once the design is finalized and the proposal is agreed upon, the plan goes to our engineering department—a step that typically takes one to two weeks, and where every design decision gets locked in to keep the build moving.
Then comes permitting—the part nobody films. Plans go to the proper governing bodies (sometimes more than one), and revisions are a normal part of getting it right. Our team has spent entire days at the city building only to rework a plan over a code change or zoning variance—and yes, they’re closed on Fridays. That back-and-forth can take a week or more. It’s tedious, it’s invisible, and it’s exactly why permits are handled by people who do it every day.

Excavation to first swim—every step has its own crew.
Once permits clear, excavation is scheduled. Then steel, plumbing and electric. Then gunite, tile, pool gate coding, and alarms and sensors on every necessary door and window. Then pre-plaster, plaster, the fill—and finally, startup. Several of these stages pause for county inspections, and every one of them is handled by a crew that does that one thing all day, every day.
Those pauses are normal—they’re what “done right” looks like. We’ve spent more than a decade putting this team of installers together so your project gets the highest-quality installation possible—and you get problem-free fun in the sun for many years to come.
